The rooms were perfectly clean and with clean private bathroom. The staff were all superfriendly, which was unquestionably a plus. The setting of hotel was perfect and stunning, really close to bus station. It was also right by Mirissa, Matara which is the gateway to Yala National Park, and Mirissa beach and the secret beach.

I had a fantastic stay at a cozy guesthouse in Sri Lanka. The room was comfortable with AC, which was a lifesaver in the humid weather. The location was convenient, close to the bus station and a short walk to the beach. I loved walking on the interesting road where I encountered various animals like dogs, peacocks, and even a porcupine. The hosts were incredibly kind and always helpful with any tasks. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a memorable holiday experience.

I had a fantastic stay at a hostel in Mirissa. The location was perfect, close to the beach, cafes, and restaurants. The rooms were comfortable with AC, ensuring a good night's sleep. The common area was great for socializing, and the kitchen had everything I needed. The hosts, Nayoli and Kerry, were incredibly lovely and made me feel right at home. I can't wait to visit again! One small drawback was that the beds were a bit noisy, but it didn't affect my overall experience. I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Mirissa.

I had a truly exceptional stay at the Happyshack. The hostel has a warm and welcoming atmosphere that immediately made me feel at home. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the bus stop and a quaint street leading to the main beach. The double room I stayed in was clean and had a lovely en-suite bathroom. I appreciated the attention to detail in the simple yet charming decor. The lounge area had a unique tree-house vibe that I enjoyed. The availability of filtered water was a bonus in my efforts to reduce plastic waste. I had a wonderful experience at the Happyshack and would highly recommend it.
